In transit

12 hours in transit and only 4 to go. I love travelling with this little family of mine.

Being sky-high makes me think of all kinds of wonderful things. It gives me a glorious words-can-hardly-describe type feeling that humbles me and excites me at the same time.

Last time I was in Seattle I was pregnant and visiting a friend of mine. I made this video whilst waiting for him, it brings back nice memories.

      Hey thanks for stopping by!! I had a look through your pictures – they’re so lovely. We have heaps in common (tea, coffee, you know, the important things!) although I’m most definitely a dog person over cats. Also I have a pretty near wonderfully perfect apple crumble recipe if you’re interested? The secret is the finely chopped almonds in the topping!

        oooh, yes please! Yours could be The One ;) (Ive never tried adding almonds to the topping!)

        Oh and thank you for stopping by my blog, and your kind words about my pictures (I noticed you mentioned in one of your photo shoots that you take inspiration from Max Wanger – he’s one of my favorite photographers! And maybe you noticed, but he inspires my work too :) ).

        And one more thing – you quit coffee!! How did you do it?? I toy with the idea, but I.just.dont.think.I.can!!

          haha i can’t quit for more than a week really. maybe a month, but only once a year.
          i read somewhere that you should always try to go without something (coffee, alcohol, whatever) for one month of the year, one week of a month, and one day of every week. It’s a cool idea!
